Charles R. and Sarah Sally Queen of Ashland celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Wednesday with family at their home.
The couple were married on July 22, 1949, at Central Baptist Church of Ashland.
He is retired from Armco Steel Corp. after 42 years. He also served in the U.S. Army and he is the son of the late Victor W. Queen and Ethel Lester of Bellefonte.
She is the daughter of the late Thurman I. Bailey and June Porter of Salyersville.
Their daughter is Cathy Queen of Ashland.
They are both members of Rosehill Baptist Church.
