ASHLAND —
Ronald Darius Miller and Lelia Shone Davidson Miller celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 24, 2012.
They were married in York, Ky., by the late Rev. Paul Collins.
He is the son of the late William and Rose Patton Miller. She is the daughter of the late Hassell and Mary Magdlene Preston Davidson.
They retired from CSX Transportation and are members of the Baptist church.
They raised three sons, Ronald Darrell Miller and his wife, Mary Miller of Charleston, W.Va., Phillip Miller and his wife Jeannine Schmitz Miller of Oakton, Va., and Martin Miller and his wife Rhonda (Gidget) Brown Miller of Flatwoods; four grandchildren, William Andrew (Drew) Miller of Morehead, Davey, Kenton and Ava Miller of Oakton, Va.
Their sons gave them a party, celebrating with family and friends with a surprise limo ride taking them to Greenup for the party.
