Hubert and Gail Taylor of Lancaster, Ky., formerly of Louisa, were honored by their children with a surprise golden anniversary celebration Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at the Griffin Gate Marriott in Lexington.
The couple were especially pleased by the presence of Hubert’s best man, Zane Meek; Gail’s maid of honor, Avonelle Moore and the Rev. Clifford Austin, who had joined them in marriage 50 years ago to the day.
