Edward and Carol Hennecke Blevins of Naples celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 26, 2009.
The couple were married on July 25, 1959, at Brush Creek Freewill Baptist Church in Naples.
The couple owned and operated J&C; Contracting Inc.
She is a member of Brush Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
They are the parents of Kelly Blevins and his wife, Janetta, of Naples, and Edwina Thomas and her husband, Ben, also of Naples. They have three grandchildren, Brecken Thomas, Brock Thomas and Hannah Blevins.
They enjoy farming, gardening and occasionally traveling.
There was a family celebration at the couple’s home.
