ASHLAND —
The 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Harold and Christine Dupuy will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Allen Chapel Church of Christ. The buffet reception will be in the church fellowship hall. It will be hosted by their children, grandchildren and church family.
Mr. and Mrs. Dupuy were married on April 6, 1962, at Allen Chapel Church of Christ by Benny Bumgardner, minister. They are lifelong members of the church where Mr. Dupuy is the minister.
They are the parents of three children; a daughter, Sherri (Tim) Sipple, South Shore; and two sons, H. Lee (Lynda) Dupuy, Morehead, and W. Jeff (Tina) Dupuy of South Shore.
They have seven grandchildren; Morgan Preston, Anthony, Madison and Annie Sipple, and Ashton, Ava and Devon Dupuy.
Mr. Dupuy is a retired maintenance superintendent from North American Refractories in South Shore with 40 years of service. He serves as a director for Grayson RECC representing Greenup and Lewis counties.
Mrs. Dupuy previously worked for Greenup County Board of Education and the State of Kentucky.
Invitations are being issued through the press. Omission of gifts is requested.
