Nissan hopes to catch up in hybrid vehicle market

Nissan Hybrid car drives at the automaker's test course in Yokosuka, near Tokyo. Nissan is rapidly catching up with Japanese rivals in hybrids and has other ecological measures as part of its green strategy, a senior executive said Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
