Mike and Marissa Lusk of Raceland announce the birth of their daughter, Makayla Annise Lusk.

She was born March 24, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Hugh and Violet Lusk of Ironton.

Maternal grandmother is Jean Wade of Ashland.

She was welcomed home by her proud brother, Michael Lusk.
