Laurent (Larry) and Aurelia Daugar La Brie of Owings Mills, Md., formerly of Russell, announce the birth of twin daughters, Anastasia Victoria and Isabella Elizabeta, on April 23.
Anastasia weighed 6 pounds, 10.6 ounces and was 19 inches long. Isabella weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Betty and Larry La Brie of Pine Knoll Shores, N.C., formerly of Russell.
Maternal gandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Daugar of Moldova.
