He was born Aug. 7, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Joanne and Nick Seagraves of Cumberland, Ky., Paternal great-grandmother is Irene Kelemen of Port Charlotte, Fla.
Maternal grandparents are Sue Parsons of Ashland and the late Nolan Parsons. Maternal great-grandmother is Shirley Parsons of Drift.
