Derrick and Jennifer Knight of Ironton announce the birth of a daughter, Alexandria Grace Knight. She was born Aug. 21, 2008, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington. She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Paternal grandparents are Carlos and Marlene Knight of Chesapeake.
Maternal grandparents are Jeff Carr and Jujuana Hineman of Greenup and Woodrow and Delynda Wise of Tallahassee, Fla.
