Jesse and Jacelyn Burch of DeQuincy, La., announce the birth of a daughter, Laynie Danielle Burch, on Aug. 4, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
The seven-pound, six-ounce girl was 21 1/2 inches long. She had one sibling, the late Rylan Schysm.
Paternal grandparents are Gilbert Schysm and the late Lisa Schysm and paternal great-grandparent is Gerald Smith, all of DeQuincy.
Maternal grandparents are Steve and Betty Burch of Wurtland. Maternal great-grandfather is David McKenzie of Kentucky.
