Jesse and Jacelyn Burch of DeQuincy, La., announce the birth of a daughter, Laynie Danielle Burch.
She was born Aug. 4, 2008, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 211/2 inches long.
She was preceded in death by her sibling, Rylan Schysm.
Maternal grandparents are Gilbert Schysm and the late Lisa Schysm of DeQuincy. Maternal great-grandfather is Gerald Smith of DeQuincy.
Paternal grandparents are Steve and Betty Burch of Wurtland. Paternal great-grandfather is David McKenzie of Kentucky.
