Tracy and Amber Loving of Boyd County announce the birth of a daughter, Madison Faith Loving.
She was born March 29, 2009, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She was welcomed home by her big sister, Kiera Lynn Loving, 4.
