Scott and Allison Frasure of Winchester, formerly of Greenup County, announce the birth of their son, Michael Scott Frasure.
He was born July 8, 2012, in Lexington. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
He was welcomed home by 2 1/2 year old brother, Logan.
Maternal grandparents are Mark Antis of South Shore and Connie Antis of Lexington.
Paternal grandparents are Malcom and Kathy Frasure of Russell.
Great-grandparents are Dorothy and Lou Douglas of Flatwoods and Azie Meade of Russell.
