Hareendra and Gouthami Yalamanchili of Chicago announce the birth of a son, Akshay.
He was born Jan. 12, 2011, at Edward Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21 inches long.
He was welcomed home by Akhil, 3.
Paternal grandparents are Basaveswararao and Ratnatulasi Yalamanchili of Burr Ridge, Ill., formerly of Bellefonte Heights.
Maternal grandparents are Vijayashobha Nallamotula of Anantapur, India.
