Jason and Jill Banks of Russell announce the birth of a daughter, Phoebe Annabelle Banks.
She was born March 16, 2011, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She was welcomed home by two brothers, Max, 7 and Reagan, 3.
Paternal grandparents are Connie Waddell of Russell and the late Stephen Banks. Paternal great-grandparents are Mary Alice Cordle and the late Albert Cordle and the late G.P. and Opal Banks.
Maternal grandparents are Sidney and Nagatha Kendrick of Russell.
Maternal great-grandparents are the late Audie and Phoebe Adams and the late Sidney and Vera Kendrick.
