ASHLAND — Garrett and Tiffany Depriest of Ashland announce the birth of their son, Grayden Gene Depriest.

He was born July 12, 2011, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He weighed 6 pounds and 8.5 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He was welcomed home by Rylie, 8, Elijah, 5, and Marlea, 1.

Paternal grandparents are Walter Ray and Kathy Depriest of Pedro, Ohio.

Maternal grandparents are Johnny and Molly Keating of Ironton and the late Rick Griffith.

Maternal great-grandmother is Jerry Ann Thomas of Catlettsburg.
