Doug and Kelli DeBoard of Catlettsburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Taryn DeBoard, to Patrick Mayer, son of Richard and Jaclyn Mayer of Portsmouth.
The wedding will be Oct. 10, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church in Portsmouth.
