Derek Duncil and Candy Stephens, both of Ashland, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Nicole Duncil, to Ottis William Carver III, son of Bill and Mary Margaret Carver of South Shore.
The wedding will be June 20, 2009, at First Baptist Church in Greenup.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 2008 graduate of Morehead State University. She is employed by Southern Ohio Medical Center as an ultrasound technologist.
The groom-elect is a 2001 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 2003 graduate of ACTC and employed as a boilermaker. He is a member of Local 105.
