Warren and Ruth Ann Rogers of Greenup and Greg and Rene Wellman of Huntington, W.Va. are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Carrie Ann Rogers and Ryan Gregory Wellman.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Raceland High School and is a senior in the Communication Disorders Deparment at Marshall University.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Wayne High School, graduated from Marshall University with a degree in Political Science and has a Master’s degree in Special Education from Liberty University.
The wedding will be July 28 at Westwood Baptist Church in Westwood.
