ASHLAND —
George Keith and Debi Rose of Flatwoods announce the engagement of their son, Ryan Keith, to Caroline Alexina Pelland, the daughter of Vincent and Claudia Pelland of Little River, S.C.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of South Hadley High School in Massachusetts and the University of New Haven in Connecticut. She is employed as a safety officer for the city of North Myrtle Beach and is assigned as a detective in the investigations division.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Raceland-Worthington High School and Eastern Kentucky University earning a bachelor’s degree of science in fire safety and engineering technology. He is employed as a firefighter/EMT for the city of North Myrtle Beach Fire and Rescue.
She is the granddaughter of the late Joseph and Geraldine Pelland and Claude and Mae Bridwell.
He is the grandson of George Rose Jr. and the late Lula Hubbard Rose and Barbara Adkins Hall and Leslie Adkins Jr.
The couple plan to wed on April 20 in an evening ceremony at the Sidewheeler on the Waccama River in Conway, S.C.
