ASHLAND —
Tim and Janie Barney and Terry Meadows of Greenup announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Danielle Barney, to William Kyle Rakes, son of Bill and Mendy Rakes of Ashland.
The wedding will be June 16, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church in Ashland.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Greenup County High School and will graduate from the University of Kentucky in May.
The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 2007 graduate of Centre College. He is employed with Marathon in Lexington.
