CATLETTSBURG —
Angela Dina Mullins, daughter of Hughy David and the late Doris Ann White Mullins of Catlettsburg, and Michael Webb Griffith, son of Ralph and Virginia Griffith of Ashland, and a special love to his grandparents, the late Jessie and Haskell Webb, of Ashland wish to announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Boyd County High School and has earned B.A. degrees in specialized studies, health-care administration and long-term care administration. She also earned a national certification in gerontology. Mullins is employed as a health-care representative by Chamberlin Edmonds, an Emdeon company at Obici Sentra Medical Center in Suffolk, Va.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and received his B.A., M.A. and his Rank I at Morehead State University. He is a school counselor at Camden County Schools in Camden, N.C.
A beach wedding is planned on Oct. 20 with a reception to follow at Port O’Call Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills, N.C. The couple will reside in Elizabeth City, N.C.
