Winfred “Wimpy” and Donna Blevins and Paul Green are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Dr. Wendy Mae Blevins and Robert Paul Green.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ohio University with a Ph.D. She is employed as a clinical program manager of the Army Substance Abuse Program with the Department of Defense.
