ASHLAND —
Joy and Dave Burton and Robert and Carol Harte, all of Ashland, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Jennifer Lee Sycks and Robert Gerald Harte II.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with an associate degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
The prospective groom also is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor of arts degree in general studies/business and technology. He is employed as an account manager with VanDyke Office Supply.
The wedding will be May 12 at Rose Hill Baptist Church, 1001 Winslow Road in Ashland.
