Tamara Sue Belville and Jerry Lee Howes will wed Feb. 14 in Gatlinburg.
Belville, daughter of Thomas and Loretta Belville of Ashland, is a 1975 Paul G. Blazer High School graduate and a 1979 Marshall University graduate with a degree in business marketing. She works at Bel Resources in public relations.
Howes, son of Donald and Bernadine Howes of Ashland, is a 1982 Paul G. Blazer High School graduate working as a sales consultant at Boyd County Ford.
