Ken and Marilyn Cavin of Ashland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelli Dawn Cavin, to Carlos Duncan Jr., son of Carlos and Diana Duncan of Olive Hill.
The wedding will be June 12 at Grayson Freewill Baptist Church.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and she completed the surgical technology program at ACTC. She is employed at King’s Daughters Medical Center as an operating room technician.
The groom-elect is a 1995 graduate of East Carter High School and had vocational training in fiber optics. He has been working as a fiber optic technician for 13 years.
