ASHLAND —
Robert and Jerri Green of Catlettsburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cortney Renee Green, to Daniel Perry Conklin, son of Ken and Lynn Conklin of Danville.
The wedding will be Dec. 31, 2011, at 5:30 p.m. at Old Orchard Christian Church in Ashland. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Boyd County High School and a graduate of Morehead State University School of Nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse in the ICU at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center in Danville.
The groom-elect is a 2004 graduate of Boyle County High School and is employed as a contractor at Akers Fence Co.
They are all from Ashland.
