Don and Gloria Neikirk of Ashland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Neikirk, to Benjamin Wood Ambrosino, son of Drake and Nancy Ambrosino of Ann Arbor, Mich.
The wedding will be Sept. 19, 2009, at Lake Eden in Black Mountain, N.C.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 2005 graduate of Warren Wilson College in Asheville, N.C., with a bachelor’s degree in art. She is employed as a practice manager at Pediatric Therapy Solutions in Asheville.
The groom-elect is a 1996 graduate of Ann Arbor Pioneer High School and a 2000 graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., with a BS degree in education, psychological services and human development. He is the owner of Asheville Learning Inc.
