Charles and Phyllis Greene of Ashland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda M. Greene, to Sebastian M. Joy, son of V.D. and Sare Joy of Kerala, India.
The wedding will be Sept. 26, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Ashland.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 2005 graduate of Morehead State University with a bachelor of art degree. She is employed at Lamar Outdoor Advertising as a graphic designer.
He is a 1998 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky and attended Appalachian School of Law, JD 2008. He is employed with Curtis Legal Services as an associate attorney.
