Terry and Donna Meyer of Flatwoods announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Meyer, to Donald Ray Rigsby II, son of Dawn Roar and Donald Rigsby.
The wedding will be Dec. 5, 2009, at Wurtland Church of God.
The bride-to-be is a CPA and is employed by Ernie Sharp Accounting Firm.
He is employed by Star Con, a part of Marathon.
