Janet Adkins-Solomon of Ashland and JJ and Kathy Hicks of Catlettsburg are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Alexus Payton Adkins and Blake Austin Hicks.
The bride-to-be is a student at Ohio University Southern Campus and works at King’s Daughters Medical Center’s Child Development Center.
The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of ACTC and is employed at Smithfield.
The wedding will be Sept. 22, 2012, at Oakland Avenue Baptist Church in Catlettsburg.
