Gary and Barbara Blanton of Catlettsburg announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Nicole Blanton, to Jeremy Ryan Hall, son of Mark and Jayne Hall of Ashland.
The wedding will be July 10, 2010, in Ashland.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Shawnee State University and is employed by King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
The groom-elect is a student at Ashford University and is employed by Rent-to-Own.
