ASHLAND —
James “Bo” Evans of Grayson and Michael and Barbara Holbrook Bretz of South Shore are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Rhea Ashley Evans and Kevin Eugene Bretz.
The bride-to-be, also the daughter of the late Ruby Shaffer Evans, is a 2003 graduate of East Carter High School and has a bachelor of arts in criminology and government; and a master of arts in sociology from Morehead State University. She is employed by the Kentucky Court of Justice as a case specialist with the Boyd County Drug Court program.
The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Greenup County High School and has a bachelor of arts in communications (advertising/public relations) from Morehead State University. He is employed as a marketing assistant by the Fannin Automotive Family of Dealerships in Ashland.
The wedding will be Nov. 10, 2012, at the Grayson First Church of Christ.
