ASHLAND —
Contemporary Christian recording artist JJ Heller will be in concert at 6 p.m. Saturday at Second Free Will Baptist Church.
Also touring with her will be Matt Brouwer.
Heller has had success with her song “Your Hands,” which was 13 on Billboard Magazine’s Christian Songs’ chart for 24 weeks. The song also placed on the ABC family show “Make It Or Break It,” and CW’s “One Tree Hill.”
In August of 2010, JJ’s second radio single, “What Love Really Means,” surpassed the success of “Your Hands” on the Billboard Christian Songs chart and more than 60 reporting stations added the single to their rotation. Her first music video was posted to youtube.com in September and was viewed more than 100,000 times within the first 48 hours.
“When I’m With You,” Heller’s fourth full-length record, was quickly embraced by fans after its October 2010 release.
Heller’s latest album, “Deeper,” was released last month and is available at Christian music stores and on itunes.
Tickets are $10 each and available at itickets.com or at the church office. Proceeds benefit the Second Free Will Baptist youth ministry. For more information, call (606) 324-5447.
