Jack Ditty lacks Webb’s experience

I encourage voters in the 18th District of the Kentucky Senate to keep the democracy going by voting on Aug. 25. I will not tell you how to vote but do hope to inform you.

Jack Ditty is a fine doctor but has absolutely no experience in state government. Robin Webb is a proven and experienced state representative.

What will Dr. Ditty do if elected? Will he try to be a servant of two masters? Will he let his many patients suffer or will he let the people of the 18th District suffer? Dr. Ditty is against health care reform, as are most doctors.

What will Robin Webb do if elected? She will work for the people, all the people, by voting for improved education, new and better jobs, and improved health care that includes everyone.

I was surprised at the slanderous half-truth mudslinging that Dr. Ditty has allowed in the media. Dr. Ditty is a fine man and should not be thrown in with and manipulated by the politicians like Senate President David Williams.

I hope this election does not hurt Dr. Ditty's reputation and esteem.

Robin Webb has been through the mill before and has always been strong with great resolve because she is a woman of faith.

She will oppose all incumbents

Even if our Washington politicians started out with high ideals and a desire to serve their fellow man, their agenda quickly changed to doing whatever it takes to stay there.

I don’t care about party affiliation — yours or mine. From now on, I am voting for the opponent of incumbents in the upcoming election. That’s the only way the regular folks can take America back. And that’s change I can believe in.
