Mackey art demo scheduled
HUNTINGTON - Artist Leona Mackey will be at the Renaissance Art Gallery from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 1 to 4 Sunday to demonstrate cutting and assembling glass to create art. The artist is part of the current show “Class Acts — Earth Wind and Fire” at the Renaissance through April 21.
Writing workshop will be March 27
MOREHEAD - The workshop “Writing Successful Service and Education Proposals” will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 27 at Morehead State University’s Office of Research.
Kris Rhodes will be the instructor.
There will be two sessions: one from 9 a.m. to noon for non-MSU faculty/staff and one from 1 to 4 p.m. for MSU employees. Lunch will be served from noon to 1 p.m.
