Ashland — The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:

Impersonation

‰Police on Saturday arrested a Russell man on a felony charge of impersonating a peace officer. Casey R. McKee of the 400 block of Boyd Street was arrested about 11:30 p.m. at Texas Roadhouse, according to records.

McKee was allegedly representing himself as a member of the Kentucky State Police, the report states. Police also charged McKee with alcohol intoxication.

Shoplifting

‰A Greenup woman was arrested on Friday at Wal-Mart after she attempted to steal merchandise valued at $8,823.

Jacqueline M. Clarkson of Plum Grove Road was lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center on a felony theft charge.

The report did not indicate what Clarkson allegedly tried to steal.

‰A man and a woman from Boyd County were arrested on Friday at Wal-Mart after they allegedly tried to shoplift merchandise valued at $212.92.

‰A male juvenile was arrested on Friday at Wal-Mart after he allegedly tried to steal merchandise valued at $4.97.

Theft

‰Clark’s Pump-N-Shop, 1928 29th St., reported on Saturday someone drove off without paying for $20.21 in gasoline.

‰Affordable Auto, 501 13th St., on Sunday reported the theft of $275.94 in auto parts, and an estimated $100 damage to a vehicle.

‰A woman living in the 2800 block of Carter Avenue on Sunday reported the theft of tools valued at $250.

‰A South Point woman reported Saturday $120 cash was stolen from her at the Midtown Wendy’s.

‰A resident of the 2800 block of Stephens Court on Friday reported the theft of a recreational vehicle valued at $2,500.

‰A man living in the 3600 block of Elwood Drive on Friday reported the theft of vehicle parts valued at $2,600.

Burglary

‰A man living in the 800 block of Long Street reported Monday someone had broken into his residence and stolen firearms valued at $650 and $100 cash.

‰A resident of the 3100 block of Carter Avenue reported on Sunday $235 cash was taken in a break-in at his home.

‰Police on Saturday discovered that Clark’s Pump-N-Shop, 3000 Greenup Ave., had been burglarized. Merchandise valued at $400 and $195 cash were taken.

‰AAA Fire and Water, 708 26th St., reported on Friday tools valued at $2,950 were stolen in a break-in.

Fugitive arrest

‰Police on Sunday arrested Joshua R. King of San Diego at Bruce Apartments on a felony warrant charging him with being a fugitive from another state.

Credit card fraud

‰A Russell woman reported on Monday someone had made more than $600 in unauthorized charges on her credit card at the Ashland Wal-Mart.
