LOUISA —
Kentucky State Police on Tuesday arrested a Lawrence County man for allegedly using a stun gun on his wife and children.
Buddy R. Moore, 38, of Fullers Ridge Road, was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, charged with first-degree criminal abuse and second-degree assault, according to a news release from the Ashland KSP post.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a complaint of physical abuse to a juvenile female, the KSP said. Investigators learned Moore had allegedly used the stun gun on his wife and two children on “numerous occasions.”
