Louisa — The disappearance of a 15-year-old girl from Louisa has launched an investigation by Kentucky State Police in Ashland.

Pennington was last seen wearing dark-colored boxer shorts and a tan tank top.
Trooper Mike Murriel is investigating the case.
Pennington has been entered into the national missing children’s database.
