Several thefts reported

ASHLAND — The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:

Theft

‰A resident of the 2900 block of Bath Avenue on Friday reported the theft of tools worth $600.

‰A resident of the 1900 block of Ashland Avenue reported Thursday the theft of a bicycle worth $240.

‰A resident of the 2700 block of Montgomery Avenue reported Thursday the theft of tools. Police have a suspect.

‰A resident of the 2500 block of Bradley Drive reported Wednesday theft of $400 and jewelry worth $2,700.

‰A resident of the 2700 block of Lorraine Street reported Wednesday the theft of money and an iPod from a car.

‰A Carrollton resident reported Wednesday the theft of a car and a purse from the Ashland Plaza Hotel. Police have two suspects.

‰A resident of the 3800 block of Peachtree Road reported Tuesday the theft of jewelry worth $650.

‰A store in the Town Center mall reported Tuesday the theft of $300 and merchandise worth $220.

‰A resident of the 2600 block of Newman Street reported Tuesday the theft of parts worth $500 from a vehicle.

Shoplifting

‰A store in the Town Center mall reported Thursday shoplifting; a suspect took clothing worth $91. The merchandise was recovered and the suspect was arrested.

‰Wal-Mart reported Wednesday shoplifting; suspects stole merchandise worth $75. The merchandise was recovered and police have two suspects.

Burglary

‰A resident of the 3200 block of Central Avenue reported Wednesday a burglary from the 3300 block. Stolen was electronic equipment worth $700.

Fraud

‰A resident of the 600 block of McKnight Street reported fraudulent use of a credit card at Wal-Mart, Clark’s Pump and Shop and Speedway. Total loss was $676.
