WILLARD — A fire early Thursday morning destroyed a mobile home in Carter County but no one was injured.
Dispatchers received a call about the blaze on Hilton Branch Road around 2 a.m. Firefighters from Grayson and Webbville responded but the trailer was a total loss.
It wasn’t clear if anyone was home at the time of the fire.
The cause is unknown and still under investigation. The state fire marshal could be called.
