Debate Watch Party set for Monday night

ASHLAND — Boyd County Democrats will have a Debate Watch Party on Monday at 7:30 p.m. at the Cosmopolitan Club at 1108 Carter Ave., in the same building as Blue Ribbon Lanes bowling center.

The club will be viewing the debate between Fourth District congressional candidates Bill Adkins and Thomas Massie on KET’s “Kentucky Tonight” before watching the third Presidential Debate between President Obama and challenger Mitt Romney.

The debates will be shown on a big screen television at the club. There will be a cash bar and snacks available. There is no cover charge.

The Cosmopolitan Club entrance is behind the little yellow house on Carter Avenue across from the Ashland post office.
