On Tracks

Exhibit highlights trains in America

ASHLAND — The exhibit “Tracks: Photography and the Railroad from the George Eastman House Collection” is on display at the Huntington Museum of Art.

The photos cover more than 160 years of  photographic and railroad history in the United States and includes the works of Bisson Freres, William Henry Jackson, Alvin Langdon Coburn, Lewis W. Hine and Aaron Siskind.

An opening reception will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 27 during the Fourth Tuesday Tour with a guided tour of the exhibit. Admission at that time is free.

The exhibit will be on display through Jan. 27 in the Switzer Gallery.
