The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:
Robbery
A man on Wednesday reported he was robbed of $100 cash and oxycodone tablets by another man who beat him about the head with his fists to commit the theft.
The incident occurred at 7:15 p.m. in the 2200 block of Winchester Avenue, the APD said. Police have a suspect, but no one had been arrested as of Thursday.
Theft
A woman living in the 4500 block of Sherwood Drive on Friday reported a classic iPod and a digital camera were stolen from her unlocked vehicle.
A resident of the 1800 block of Winchester Avenue on Monday reported another woman had used her car without her permission and had removed $150 cash and prescription pills from the vehicle.
A man on Wednesday reported his 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen from the Ashland Plaza Hotel parking lot.
A woman last week reported the theft of a 32-inch fat-screen TV from a residence in the 2000 block of Third Circle Prospect.
A resident of the 2500 block of Montgomery Avenue on Tuesday reported the theft of a red-and-black wheeled Rumpke garbage container.
Identity theft
A woman living in the 300 block of Barber Road on Monday reported someone had used her personal information to obtain two online payday loans totaling $720, which had come out of her bank account.
