Boyd County indictments

CATLETTSBURG — The following defendants were named in indictments returned Friday by a Boyd County grand jury:

—Michael L. Eason, 23, of Summit, charged with theft.

—Bobby G. Blevins II, 42, of Ashland, charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender.

—Brian K. Withrow, 30, of Ashland, charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license, drug possession and possession of drug parpahernalia.

—Roger C. Kittle, 48, of Ashland, charged drug trafficking and receiving stolen property.

—Stephen L. Robertson, 26, of Ashland, charged with two counts of assault.

—Kenneth M. Blevins, 41, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking.

—Amber N. McCleese, 26, of Argillite, charged with theft.

—Christi S. Fraley, 37, of Ashland, charged with theft.

—James D. Green, 54, of Rush, charged with drug trafficking and driving under the influence.

—Michael W. Campbell, 39, of Flatwoods, charged with drug trafficking and driving under the influence.

—Jody L. Gamble, 34, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and persistent felony offender.

—Jarrod D. Moore, 19, of Catlettsburg, charged with burglary.

A grand jury indictmen is a formal accusation of a crime and does not establish guilt.
