BREAKING: Missing teen found

MEADS — Boyd County emergency workers found an autistic teen safe who went missing nearly 12 hours earlier.

Geoffrey "Braiden" Reffitt, 14, who was reported missing Thursday morning about 8, was found near Hatchery Road after 7 p.m.

Authorities sent out alerts all day and it was reported on several media outlets.

    A Morgan County man entered a guilty plea in Morgan Circuit Court on Wednesday to second-degree assault charges in connection with the injuries he inflicted upon his wife in April 2011 at their home in Ezel, according to the office of Attorney General Jack Conway and his office of special prosecutions.
