Alzheimer’s session set
ASHLAND - Kingsbrook will host Living with Alzheimer’s for Middle Stage Caregivers from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel.
In the middle stages of Alzheimer’s, those who were care partners become hands-on caregivers.
The free, three-part series will show strategies to provide safe, effective and comfortable care in the middle stages of Alzheimer’s.
Erie School reunion slated
OLIVE HILL - The Erie School reunion will be Aug. 5 at Olive Hill United Methodist Church. A potluck dinner will be served at 12:30 p.m. Plates and utensils will be provided. For more information, call Mary Perry at (606) 324-8903.
Holbrook reunion will be Saturday
WESTWOOD - The decendants of Cam and Mary Holbrook will have their annual family reunion at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Westwood Christian Church Family Life Center at 424 Wheatley Road.
Meat and beverages will be provided. Each family is asked to bring a covered dish and an item for the auction.
