SANDY HOOK — Two men were indicted by a special session Elliott County grand jury on Thursday in a cold case double murder from 2008.
Elige Randolph, 35, and James “Bobby” Eden, 35, are charged with kidnapping and murder in the execution-style shooting deaths of Robert Boggs and Chris Leadingham.
Both were found dead of single gunshot wounds to the back of the head in 2008.
The Kentucky State Police, in a joint investigation with Elliott County Sheriff Jimmy Stephens, pieced together information to present to the special session grand jury. Additional charges and arrests are pending.
Randolph and Eden are already in jail on unrelated charges. Randolph is being housed at the Marion County Detention Center on unrelated crimes. Eden is currently housed at the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro on unrelated crimes.
