The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:
Burglary
‰A man living in the 4300 block of Gartrell Street on Monday reported someone entered his garage, stole various tools and pawned them.
‰A resident of the 2800 block of Woodhaven Drive on Monday reported someone broke into his house and stole various items of jewelry.
‰A resident of the 400 block of Florida Street on Monday reported a 42-inch flat screen TV, an iPhone, jewelry and assorted male hygiene products had been stolen in a break-in.
‰The Car Spot, 981 29th St., on Tuesday reported someone broke into its office building and stole a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a laptop computer and $20 cash.
Theft
‰Liberty Holding Group, 1557 Winchester Ave., on Tuesday reported the theft of two fire extinguishers.
‰A woman living in the 800 block of 29th Street on Tuesday reported the theft of a .380-caliber pistol.

Greenup County American Legion Post 43 facing charges
American Legion Post 43 in Greenup County was charged with two counts of selling alcohol in a dry territory and two counts of promoting gambling in the second degree, according to a release from the Public Protection Cabinet’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and the Department of Charitable Gaming.
